&lt;p&gt;The talk, entitled &lt;em&gt;&amp;ldquo;Isometrization of Tensor Network States via Gauge Propagation&amp;rdquo;&lt;/em&gt;, presented recent work by Zhiyu Jiang and Hiroshi Ueda on approximate isometrization of tensor-network states using gauge propagation.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This work introduces a practical framework for converting generic tensor-network states into approximately isometric forms with a prescribed orthogonality center. The method is motivated by tensor-network representations of quantum many-body states and aims to provide useful building blocks for isometric tensor-network algorithms.&lt;/p&gt;
